正义的核心是自由和平等。马克思对资本主义正义的批判是在自由和平等的框架基础上完成的。资本主义正义与以往的社会正义有所不同，它使自由从形式转向实质，并切入现实的平等问题。而对正义的概念“析分”中，可以认定人性、物和制度是其三个组成要素，这三个要素构成了资本主义正义的轮廓。马克思对资本主义正义中包括的不自由、不平等因素作了批判，认为自由主义对正义的修正和完善没有从根本上完成实质性正义的建构，进而指出了废除私有制度在实现实质性正义中的必然性。

Justice is at the heart of freedom and equality. Marxls critique of capitalist justice, is based on the framework of freedom and equality. Justice of capitalism is different from the social justice in the past, allowing freedom to shift from form to substance, and cut into the equality problem in real life. In analyzing the concept of justice, you can find human nature, the thing and the system are three constituent elements, which make up the outline of capitalist justice. Marx criticizes the non-free and unequal factors within capitalist justice, pointing out that liberalist revision and improvement of justice has not completed the construction of substantive justice, and that in order to achieve substantive justice, abolition of the private system is a necessity.
