本文对货币错配成因的主要理论解释进行了回顾和总结,以出口企业为研究对象,建立了模型来分析企业主动卷入货币错配的决策行为。最后归纳了企业扩大错配规模的四种情形,并对原罪论观点进行了辨析,提出结论及相关建议。

The literature reviews and summarizes the dominating theoretical explanation using for origin of currency mismatching.Taking an export enterprise as the studied object and constructing a model to analyze the decision action why an enterprise actively engages in currency mismatching.At the end,sums up four types of situation that an enterprise enlarges the size of currency mismatching and differentiating the opinion of ＂Original Sin＂.With the discussion above,put forwards some conclusion and relative suggestion.
