探索影响学校体育目标实现的因素及其维度,对学校体育的改革与发展具有重要的作用和价值。本研究采用探索性因子和验证性因子的方法,目的是确立影响体育目标完成的组合因素维度,及其贡献值。进一步指导实践,对我国学校体育发展与改革提供有力的理论支持和依据。通过对国内外相关文献分析与专家访谈,设计了相关性组合因素维度指标。结果显示:影响学校体育目标达成的维度指标主要有学校管理、体育评价、教师行为、教师专业素质、学生参与动机、课程设置、社会支持、场地设施、教学方式。经验证这些组合因素维度指标模型拟合程度较好;学校管理与体育评价组合因素维度是影响学校体育目标最重要因素,但需对教师行为与学生参与行为进行更深入研究。

Exploring the impact of dimension of integrated factors on the implementation of PE goals has the important function and values for the development of school physical education. The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of dimension of integrated factors on the implementation of PE goals and find the important degree of these dimensions by using the Explore Factor Analysis (EFA) and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The indicators of the dimension were designed in terms of the literature reviews. The result of EFA and CFA demonstrated that the indicator of integrated factors were divided into: school management, assessment of PE, teacher behavior, professional qualification of teacher, the motivation of student participation, curriculum design, social support, facility, the method of teaching and learning. These indictors model is the goodness of fit statistics by CFA. The dimension of integrated factors, school management and assessment of PE are the most important factor to influence the implementation of PE goals, but teacher behavior and student participation behavior need to make more further research, The result of this study will provide the strong theory base for the development of school PE of our country.
