大学行政化究其原由，有历史传统文化因素的影响，但更是我国计划经济体制下制度选择的结果。行政化使大学背离其宗旨，危害了大学的学术发展。去除大学行政化必须从观念和治理入手，通过树立服务型行政和教授治校的观念，重铸学术精神；转变大学的外部治理模式和内部治理结构，不断完善现代大学制度，以改善和提高大学的学术自由和自治能力。
大學行政化究其原由，有歷史傳統文化因素的影響，但更是我國計劃經濟體製下製度選擇的結果。行政化使大學揹離其宗旨，危害瞭大學的學術髮展。去除大學行政化必鬚從觀唸和治理入手，通過樹立服務型行政和教授治校的觀唸，重鑄學術精神；轉變大學的外部治理模式和內部治理結構，不斷完善現代大學製度，以改善和提高大學的學術自由和自治能力。
대학행정화구기원유，유역사전통문화인소적영향，단경시아국계화경제체제하제도선택적결과。행정화사대학배리기종지，위해료대학적학술발전。거제대학행정화필수종관념화치리입수，통과수립복무형행정화교수치교적관념，중주학술정신；전변대학적외부치리모식화내부치리결구，불단완선현대대학제도，이개선화제고대학적학술자유화자치능력。
Administrative University is the result of institutional selection under the planned economy system with the influence of historical tradition culture. Administration makes the University depart from its tenet and endanger its academic development. It must be removed from the concept and governance through establishing the concept of service-oriented administrative and faculty government to recast academic spirit. Transforming the external governance mode and the interior governance structure and con- tinuously improving the modern university system are essential to enhance the university＇s academic freedom and autonomy capa- bility.
