Many modem writers have shown their cognition of Buddhism in their works because of the influence of traditional cul- ture, Zhang Hen-shui is just an important popular novelists, who are closely linked with Buddhism. In his early novel writing, Bud- dhism does penetrate his artistic world not only in the form but also the spirit of his novels, and then made his novels full of culture val- ue and added distinguished artistic.
