中共党的十八大报告在社会主义核心价值体系基础上首次提出的“三个倡导”社会主义核心价值观，是中国特色社会主义在核心价值建设方面的重大创新，具有突破性的理论和实践意义。为深入理解这一创新的意义，特别是其对于当代社会道德建设的意义，文章拟基于核心价值的分化、互补与整合的视角，从确立国家的共同理想、充分保障公民的权利、不断提高公民的德性三个方面作初步阐发。

On the basis of socialist core value system, the socialist core value of ＂Three Advocates＂ is firstly proposed in the report of the 18th CPC National Congress, which is not only a great innovation of building the core values of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also makes a breakthrough both in theory and practice. To thoroughly understand the significance of the theoretical innovation and the importance of moral construction in contemporary society, the paper makes preliminary analyses of establishing common ideals of the nation, fully protecting the citizens＇ rights, and continuously improving the virtue education of citizens from the perspective of the differentiation, comnlementation and inte~ation of core values.
