The empirical analysis of Qualcomm and Huawei＇ s internationalization path show that, the controller of standard＇ s internationalization path begins from the strong R＆D capacity of the core technology and the first-mover advantages of market. For the follower of standard, it has the information and late-developing advantage.No matter which kind of internationalization path, enterprise＇ s technological standardization strategy all plays an important role.This paper has important implications forenterprises which participate in international competition through the technology standard strategy.
