以β-actin为内参基因,通过荧光PCR方法,分析了翻译调控肿瘤蛋白(TCTP)基因在南美白对虾不同组织中的表达情况,结果表明,TCTP基因在对虾的各种组织中均有表达,但在肌肉中表达量最高,而心脏中的表达最低.

The translation controlled tumor protein (TCTP) is an abundant, ubiquitous, and conserved protein which plays important roles in a number of biological processes. In the present study, the TCTP in shrimp Litopenaeus vannamei is analysis. The mRNA transcripts and protein level from different tissues are detected by Real-Time RT-PCR.The results show that TCTP could be detected in all examined tissues with the highest level in muscle and the lowest in heart.
