新生代知识型员工已经成为创造社会财富的生力军,他们有明显的时代特征:多元化的价值观;较强的自我中心主义;较强的创新意识;崇尚民主和自由;心理弹性缺乏。其职业倾向呈现出:多元化;重视自我;喜欢创新;等级观念淡化等。对此给出管理对策:(一)以新生代知识型员工职业倾向为基础进行工作设计;(二)以新生代知识型员工职业倾向为基础进行职业规划;(三)以新生代知识型员工职业倾向为基础制定激励机制;(四)以新生代知识型员工职业倾向发展规律为基础进行动态管理。
新生代知識型員工已經成為創造社會財富的生力軍,他們有明顯的時代特徵:多元化的價值觀;較彊的自我中心主義;較彊的創新意識;崇尚民主和自由;心理彈性缺乏。其職業傾嚮呈現齣:多元化;重視自我;喜歡創新;等級觀唸淡化等。對此給齣管理對策:(一)以新生代知識型員工職業傾嚮為基礎進行工作設計;(二)以新生代知識型員工職業傾嚮為基礎進行職業規劃;(三)以新生代知識型員工職業傾嚮為基礎製定激勵機製;(四)以新生代知識型員工職業傾嚮髮展規律為基礎進行動態管理。

The new generation knowledgeable employees are regarded as a new force in creating social wealth which is characterized by traits of diversified values, comparatively strong autism and innovative consciousness, advocate democracy and freedom, and are short of mental elasticity. Their professional tendency presents the features of diversification, self- consciousness, innovation pursuing and obsession of hierarchy diluting. According to the above characteristics, the management measures are laid dawn as follows: conducting work design and career planning and formulating incentive mechanism on the basis of their professional tendency, and carrying through dynamic management on the basis of the law of their career development.
