随着我国新课程改革的不断深入,一门融合了音乐、美术、戏剧、舞蹈等多种艺术形式的艺术课程出现在我们面前。新课程的实施必然会出现一些新问题,其中艺术课程教师专业化发展是艺术课程实施过程中显现出来的最为突出问题。课程改革的重点在于教师队伍的改革,艺术教育也同样如此。如何让我们的艺术课程教师能够适应新课程的要求,使每一位教师能够准确地把握新课程的目标,转变自己的教学观念、教学方式方法,能够透彻地理解新艺术课程的意义,发挥新艺术课程的作用,在完成基本教学任务的同时,能够有所创新,提升自己的艺术素养,完善艺术教师所具备的能力。

Along with the new curriculum reform,a harmony the music,art,drama,dance and so on the many kinds of art forms of art courses appear in front of us.The implementation of the new curriculum will appear some new problems,including art course teachers' professional development is art curriculum implementation process of the most outstanding problems appeared.The focus of the curriculum reform is the reform of the teachers,art education is also so.How to let our art course teachers adapt to the demands of the new curriculum,so that each teacher can accurate grasp of the new curriculum goal,to change their teaching concepts,teaching methods,can thoroughly understand the meaning of the new art course,give play to the role of new art course.Upon completion of the basic teaching task at the same time,can have innovation,enhance their own artistic accomplishment,perfect the art teachers ability.
