作为两个发展中的能源消费大国,中国和印度在向海外寻求能源的过程中,出现竞争是不可避免的。目前两国已意识到竞争只会对第三方有利,在新自由制度主义思想的指导下,中印两国已尝试在能源领域放弃＂零和博弈＂战略转而采取＂竞合博弈＂战略。中印能源领域的竞合关系符合新自由制度主义的指导思想。尽管两国的能源合作取得了积极的成效,但中印能源合作仍面临着一些制约因素。

As two major energy consumers,the competition between China and India is not avoidable in the process of seeking overseas energy.Both countries have so far realized that their competition only does good to any third party.Under the guidance of the neo-liberalism,China and India are beginning to adopt a ＂competitive-cooperative game＂ strategy instead of the ＂zero-sum game＂ in the field of energy.The competition and cooperation between the two countries accord with the idea of neo-liberalism.Although both countries have made great progress in the field of energy cooperation,they are still constrained by several factors due to the low degree of mutual strategic trust.
