副臂是全地面起重机起吊作业的关键部件,副臂防后倾装置是保证塔式副臂安全的必要措施。本研究通过建立塔式副臂防后倾动力学仿真模型,结合AMESim软件与ADAMS软件建立塔臂防后倾联合仿真系统,对比分析了三种防后倾液压系统。基于仿真,得到了所选防后倾装置的动态力学性能以及相关数据,为塔臂的安全、稳定与可靠提供了基本方法与技术。
副臂是全地麵起重機起弔作業的關鍵部件,副臂防後傾裝置是保證塔式副臂安全的必要措施。本研究通過建立塔式副臂防後傾動力學倣真模型,結閤AMESim軟件與ADAMS軟件建立塔臂防後傾聯閤倣真繫統,對比分析瞭三種防後傾液壓繫統。基于倣真,得到瞭所選防後傾裝置的動態力學性能以及相關數據,為塔臂的安全、穩定與可靠提供瞭基本方法與技術。

Jib is the key part of the slinging operation of the crane, The back-tipping system is the necessary measures for the safety of the jib. Dynamic model the back-tipping system was set up and then the co-simulation model was established by combining the software ADAMS and AMESim, and three types of back-tipping hydraulic system were compared for the dynamical characteristic. The variation of the forces was obtained for the back-tipping system of the jib ,as well as some useful data, it provides methods and technology for the safety, stability and reliability of the jib.
