The Basel Committee has issued the full text of the revised version of ＂Basel Ⅲ： The Liquidity Coverage Ratio and liquidity risk monitoring tools＂ in January 2013. It reflects the new trends of the reforms on the international liquidity risk regulation. This paper analyzes the reforms of the Basel Ⅲ liquidity risk regulation and the background of its amendments. It introduces and evaluates the content of the new liquidity risk regulation. Then, it explores the reforms＇ possible impacts and provides some advice for the Chinese regulatory authorities to cope with the reforms on the international liquidity risk regulation.
