从物理、事理和人理（WSR）系统论的3个雏度构建知识管理绩效评价的指标体系,利用AHP法确定指标权重。利用基于三角模糊数的语言变量对知识管理缋效进行评价和分析，最后以某石油服务企业为例详细阐述知识管理绩效评价的过程并对评价结果进行了详细的分析，为企业提升知识管理缋效提供了一定的参考。

From three dimensions of Wuli, Shill and Renli （WSR） system theory, it builds knowledge management per-foroance evaluation index system, and uses AHP method to determine index＇s weight. Based on triangular fuzzy number, the lin-guistic variables are used to evaluate and analyze knowledge management performance. Finally, an oil service companies is select-ed as an example to demonstrate knowledge management peffomance evaluation process, and the analysis of the evaluation results in detail. The results can improve knowledge management performance.
