目的:探讨运动性和高血压性心脏肥大大鼠心肌间质胶原网络的重塑及其对左心室功能的影响。方法:采用跑台训练方式和腹主动脉缩窄术分别建立运动性心肌肥大大鼠模型和高血压性心肌肥大大鼠模型。心脏离体灌注测定左心室功能;扫描电镜和透射电镜观察心肌胶原网络重构;通过羟脯氨酸测定心肌胶原的浓度;Western—blot进行I型、Ⅲ型胶原分析。结果:高血压大鼠的平均动脉压始终较高(P〈0.05),而训练组大鼠的动脉血压始终较低(P〈0.05);高血压大鼠的心脏舒张速率低于训练组(P〈0.05);高血压性大鼠左心室羟脯氨酸的浓度明显升高(P〈0.05),而训练大鼠左心室羟脯氨酸浓度并没有显著升高;高血压大鼠的左心室Ⅲ型胶原与Ⅰ型胶原的比值下降明显(P〈0.05),而训练组大鼠并没有表现出相同的结果。结论:运动训练可以使大鼠心肌细胞与间质胶原同步增长,心脏功能提高。心肌舒缩性能增强;而慢性高血压性大鼠导致心肌细胞与间质胶原不成比例的增长,问质胶原过度增生,心脏功能受到损伤。心肌间质胶原网络的重塑对大鼠左心室功能具有重要影响。

목적:탐토운동성화고혈압성심장비대대서심기간질효원망락적중소급기대좌심실공능적영향。방법:채용포태훈련방식화복주동맥축착술분별건립운동성심기비대대서모형화고혈압성심기비대대서모형。심장리체관주측정좌심실공능;소묘전경화투사전경관찰심기효원망락중구;통과간포안산측정심기효원적농도;Western—blot진행I형、Ⅲ형효원분석。결과:고혈압대서적평균동맥압시종교고(P〈0.05),이훈련조대서적동맥혈압시종교저(P〈0.05);고혈압대서적심장서장속솔저우훈련조(P〈0.05);고혈압성대서좌심실간포안산적농도명현승고(P〈0.05),이훈련대서좌심실간포안산농도병몰유현저승고;고혈압대서적좌심실Ⅲ형효원여Ⅰ형효원적비치하강명현(P〈0.05),이훈련조대서병몰유표현출상동적결과。결론:운동훈련가이사대서심기세포여간질효원동보증장,심장공능제고。심기서축성능증강;이만성고혈압성대서도치심기세포여간질효원불성비례적증장,문질효원과도증생,심장공능수도손상。심기간질효원망락적중소대대서좌심실공능구유중요영향。
To investigate the movement of hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy and inters - titial myocardial collagen network re- modeling and left ventricular function of rats. Methods : running training methods and abdominal aorta constriction separately established rat models of exercise - induced myocardial hypertrophy and hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy in rats. Isolated perfused heart of left ventricular function; scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy and image processing myocardial collagen network remodeling; of myocardial collagen by hydroxyproline concentration; Western -blot for type Ⅰ , Ⅲ collagen analysis. Results : The mean arterial blood pressure of hypertensive rats ( P 〈 0.05 ) is always higher, while the training group ( P 〈 0.05 ) in arterial blood pressure is always low; hypertensive rats than diastolic velocity training group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; hypertensive rats with left ventricular hydroxyproline concentration was significantly higher ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the training and left ventricular hydroxyproline concentration did not significantly incr - ease ; hypertensive rat left ventricle III collagen and the ratio of type I collagendecreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ), while the training group did not show the same results. Conclusion: Exercise training can make the myocardial cells and simultaneous increase collagen, improve cardiac function, myocardial systolic and diastolic performance enhancement; and chronic hypertension leads to myocardial cells in rats with a disproportionate growth of collagen, interstitial collagen over - hyperplasia, cardiac damage. Collagen network remodeling of rat left ventricular function has important implications.
