为解决国土部门矿产资源监管缺位、滞后的问题,改变原有"被动"监管机制,结合矿山环境特点,从国土部门的视角,提出了基于矿山物联网和WebGIS技术构建矿产资源开采远程监控系统的方法,并与应用实例相结合,系统阐述了矿产资源开采远程监控系统系统框架、组网方法及核心算法。在徐州地区煤矿及石膏矿的试点研究表明,系统改变了原有工作模式,在越界开采和储量管理上效果突出,能够适应国土资源部门对矿产资源开采的监管需求。
為解決國土部門礦產資源鑑管缺位、滯後的問題,改變原有"被動"鑑管機製,結閤礦山環境特點,從國土部門的視角,提齣瞭基于礦山物聯網和WebGIS技術構建礦產資源開採遠程鑑控繫統的方法,併與應用實例相結閤,繫統闡述瞭礦產資源開採遠程鑑控繫統繫統框架、組網方法及覈心算法。在徐州地區煤礦及石膏礦的試點研究錶明,繫統改變瞭原有工作模式,在越界開採和儲量管理上效果突齣,能夠適應國土資源部門對礦產資源開採的鑑管需求。

In order to solve the problem of absence and passivity in the supervision of mineral resources and alter the passive supervision mechanism, this paper proposes a method of remote dynamic monitoring system based on Mine Internet of things and WebGIS, in accordance with the environmental features of the underground mining, and expounds the frameword, networking methods and core algorithm of the system with practical examples. The experimental study in the coal mines and gypsum mines have proved that this system can transform the original working mode and adopt to the supervision requirements of land resource administration. It is also prominently effective in cross border mining and reserve management.
