实体经济是国家发展之根，也是企业发展之本。在全球化和金融危机的影响下，我国实体企业空心化日趋严重，已经危害到区域和国家经济的健康稳定发展。我国实体企业空心化主要表现为技术空心化、资本空心化、利润空心化、主业空心化和区域实体产业空心化五种形式。究其原因，主要与企业内部技术创新的缺乏，企业家精神的缺失，企业外部的成本上升，企业融资难度加大，影响企业发展的市场体系不够健全等因素有关。化解实体企业空心化，必须发挥政府的宏观调控作用，从人才与技术、完善现代市场体系、企业家精神塑造等方面采取措施，确保实体企业持续快速发展。

Economic entities is the most important factors for the development of the country and enterprises. Under the influence of economic globalization and financial crisis, the hollowing phenomenon of entity enterprises is increasingly severe and has done harm to the development of the region and the country. The paper illustrated the five forms of this phenomenon, the ＂technology hollowing＂, the ＂capital hollowing＂, the ＂profit hollowing＂, the ＂main business hollowing＂ and the ＂regional industry hollowing＂. Then based on the factors of the development of enterprises, analyzed the internal causes and the external causes of Entity-Enterprises, which included the lack of technological innovation, the rise of cost, the trouble of financing getting, the defective marketing system and the deficiency of entrepreneurship. So, the government must be enhanced the function of macrocontrol, and cultivated all kinds of talents, improved the technical level of researching, improved the modern marketing system and the cultivation of entrepreneurship.
