社会互动、地域认同以及道德规范是影响人际信任的三个重要因素，并且对不同类型的人际信任有不同的影响。对上海调查数据的分析显示，社会互动与邻里信任、地域认同与地方群体信任、规范与陌生人之间的普遍信任之间存在较为明确的关系。此外，参与社团与地方群体信任、普遍信任之间具有显著的关系。信任研究需要厘清信任的性质如何随信任对象的变化而变化，以及这种变化的来源与作用机制。

This paper aims to understand the determinants of inter-personal trust. Social interaction, place identity and norms are regarded as three important influencing factors which have different impacts on different kinds of inter-personal trust. The analyses of Shanghai survey data indicate that social interaction and trust in neighbors, place identity and trust in Shanghainese, norms and trust in strangers have positive relations. In addition, participating in associations has significant relations with trust in Shanghainese and strangers. This research highlights the importance of differentiating different types of trust and examining their determinants respectively.
