论文介绍国外在数据监护教育和培训方面的相关实践,由此得到针对目前数据驱动型研究的相关启示,提出:高校图书馆要认识到之前的学科化服务中人才队伍构成与学科馆员素质要求存在差距的经验,在制度上,要建立创新的人才选拔与培养机制,在管理上,采取更加科学有效的绩效管理与评价机制,在业务上,重视培养馆员从事数据监护工作的能力。

This paper mainly presents the practice of data curation education and training abroad, therefore get relevant enlightenment from the data urging type studying at present. It proposes that university library should realize the experience that talent's team formed in the disciplined service before has disparity with the discipline quality of the subject librarian. At system, we should set up the innovated talent choosing and training mechanism. In management, we should take the performance management and the appraise mechanism which is further effective and more scientific. On the business, we should pay attention to training librarians' ability of the work in data curation.
