能源效率标准和标识是减少能源消耗、保护环境的有效的政策工具之一。中国面临着巨大的能源与环境压力,实施能效标准与标识项目无疑具有重要意义。文章运用利益相关者理论,通过对产品的导入期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期能效标准标识促进节能的作用机理进行分析,确定在产品生命周期各阶段标准、标识促进节能的管理重点,规范各利益相关方的绿色行为路线,在实践上不断完善已有的能效标准标识,并制定新的能效标准标识。

Energy efficiency label is an effective policy tools to reduce energy consumption and protect the environment. The implementation of energy efficiency label program undoubtedly is of some significance to the enormous pressures of enormous energy and environmental that China faces. This paper uses stakeholder theory, by analyzing the energy efficiency label to promote energy-saving in the products＇ stages of introduction, growth, maturity and recession, determine the management focus of the energy efficiency label to promote energy-saving in all the stages of products＇ life-cycle and standardizing the green behavior route of the various stakeholders, and then optimizes the present energy efficiency label so as to promote it.
