随着各地科技支行的设立,科技银行新的经营模式不断出现。这些新的银行经营模式既与硅谷银行有某些相似性,又有自己不同特点,存在经营权有限、对政府依赖性强、与风险投资合作难、风险控制能力低以及激励与约束机制不健全等诸多问题。我国科技银行要取得成功,必须根据我国实际情况和科技银行自身条件,探寻适合科技银行自己的经营模式。

수착각지과기지행적설립,과기은행신적경영모식불단출현。저사신적은행경영모식기여규곡은행유모사상사성,우유자기불동특점,존재경영권유한、대정부의뢰성강、여풍험투자합작난、풍험공제능력저이급격려여약속궤제불건전등제다문제。아국과기은행요취득성공,필수근거아국실제정황화과기은행자신조건,탐심괄합과기은행자기적경영모식。
With the set up around the Sci-Tech banks, new business models are emerging. Business models of these banks and Silicon Valley bank have some similarities, but also have their own different characteristics. These banks have the limited operation rights, strong dependence on the government, difficult cooperation with venture capital, risk control ability low, not perfect incentive and restraint mechanism and many other issues. Sci-Tech banks to be successful, must seek suitable business models according to the actual situation of China and their own conditions.
