人民话语的社会语境与法律息息相关。在西方,＂人民＂的内涵包括来自家庭的个人、公民、国民三层含义。人民的话语经历了＂法律——革命——法治＂这样一种社会语境的转变。在中国,＂人民＂最初指代法治话语中的个人,后又与＂人民大众＂、＂人民群众＂涵义相同,最后又转向宪法中的个人。＂人民＂内涵经历了法治话语、革命经验的影响与转变,人民话语经历了在远离法律之后,又回归法律的实践。

The discourse of people is closely related to the law and social context. People means individual and citizen and nation in the west countries. The social context of the discourse of people has been changed through law and revolution and the rule of law. In China, people means individual at first. And then it has been has the same meaning with the Masses. In China, the discourse of people is influenced with the experiences of revolution and the rule of law.
