生产技术进步已是宏观经济发展的基本事实．通过对微观企业行为决策的研究可以发现生产技术进步对企业利润分配与国民经济发展的影响。假定所有企业的技术进步速度是相同的，研究发现：①生产技术进步对部分企业特别是生产技术先进的企业会造成利润损失，即“技术侵蚀利润”现象。②生产技术进步会导致国民产出增长．从而提供了研究经济增长理论的微观分析框架。技术进步会改善劳动者的福利．但是技术进步会导致资源配置的低效率，所以技术进步对经济增长质量即经济发展的正向影响存在局限性．⑧生产技术先进的企业会受到技术进步的不利影响，摆脱这种消极影响的唯一办法是提高企业自身的生产技术，从而对技术的生产特性提供了新的认识。“技术侵蚀利润”对中国国有企业亏损提供了更深层次的解释，从而对国有企业在发展中务必重视自身技术进步提供了理论支撑。

The progress of production technology is the basic facts of macro economic development. Based on the research of the micro enterprise behavior decision, we can find the influence of tile production technology progress on the enterprise profit distribution and the natiorml economic development. Assume that the technological progress rate of all enterprise is the same, it is found that：（~）The production technology progress of some enterprises, especially the enterprise with advanced technology will lead to profits loss, namely ＂technology erodes profits＂ phenomenon; ~）The progress of production technology would lead to national output increase, which provides tile microcosmic analysis framework of economic growth theory. Technology progress will improve the welfare of the workers, but can lead to the low efficiency of resource distribution, so it has limitation about the positive influence of the technology progress on economy growth quality （economic development）; ~）The enterprise with advanced production technology will be affected by the negative impact of the technological progress. The only way to get rid of this negative effect is to improve the enterprise＇s own production technology, to take a new understanding of the production feature of technology. ＂Technology erodes profits＂ provides a deeper explanation for the state-owned enterprises＇ loss in China, thus provides a theoretical support for the state-owned enterprises who must attach importance to their own technological progress in development.
