临床教学管理是保证医学生临床实践水平的关键环节.目前临床教学管理工作存在的主要问题有：教学基地管理机制不健全,管理效率低下;学生实习观念不端正,妨碍临床教学管理;实习考核不够客观准确,实习质量难以保证.采用项目管理中的干系人分析、项目范围管理：工作分解结构（WBS）、项目沟通管理、人力资源管理、项目评估与监测等措施,能切实克服管理中存在的漏洞,提高教学管理水平,推动临床教学管理的可持续发展.

Clinical teaching management is a key step to ensure the clinical practice level for medical students. At present, some problems have still been existing in clinical teaching management, such as distempered management mechanism and low management efficiency in teaching base, studentst incorrect concept and its obstruction to clinical teaching management, not objective and accurate practice examination, which add to the difficulty to guarantee the quality of practice. Some measures in project management, such as stakeholder analysis, project scope management, that is, work breakdown structure （WBS）, project communication management, human resource management, project evaluation and monitor measures, can effectively overcome the management loopholes, improve the level of teaching management and promote the sustainable development of clinical teaching management.
