随着我国大学毕业生就业压力的不断增加，为指导大学生就业工作，国内学者研究构建了有一定运用范围的大学生就业质量衡量指标体系，开展对大学生就业质量与体面劳动研究。大学生就业质量衡量指标实质上是对体面劳动理念的借鉴与量化，二者之间存在诸多联系。通过研究体面劳动具体的基本理念，大学生就业质量的衡量指标及二者之间的关系概貌，以帮助人们更好地理解大学生就业质量衡量指标体系及体面劳动理念，也对体面劳动的实践及相关学术研究具有一定参考意义。

With the pressure of employment of university graduates in China continues, and in order to guide the college students＇ employment, domestic scholars research and construct college students employment quality index system in certain area , carry out on the quality of College Students＇ employment and decent work research.College Students＇ employment quality indicators is essentially a reference and quantification of decent work idea, there are many connections between the two.This paper studies the basic concept of decent work in particular, quality index of college students employment and the relationship between the two, with the purpose of helpingpeople better understand the employment quality indicators system and decent labor idea, also providing certain reference for the research and practice of decent work and related academic .
