清代（1644～1911年）是广西农业开发的重要时期，也是历史上水旱灾害频发时期。通过对清代广西水旱灾害史料的量化统计和史料分析，发现清代广西水旱灾害频发．对农业损害极大．水旱灾害多发生于漓江、浔江、桂江、黔江等广西传统农业开发地区，连年灾害促进了人口向广西西部的转移．山区的土地开发和种植耐旱耐瘠的杂粮作物成为清代灾害时期农业生产的重要转变。

The Qing Dynasty is an important period for agricultural devel-opment in Guangxi as well as a period of frequent floods and droughts in history. Based on the quantitatwe analysis of the historical data of the flood and drought disasters in Guangxi during the Qing Dynasty, this thesis is to explain the main features of floods and droughts at that time and analyze their enormous impact on grain production with the reference of the historical data of the agricultural devel- opment, finding that frequent floods and droughts in Guangxl had a huge impact on agricultural development m the Qing Dynasty. They often happened in such traditional agriculturally developed areas in Guangxi like the Lijiang River, Xun-jiang River, Ouijiang River and Qianjiang River. The successive natural disasters brought about the geographical shifts in population from east to west, while de-veloping agriculture in the mountain areas and growing the barren-and-drought-tolerant crops had become a significant change in the agricultural production of disaster period during the Qing dynasty.
