在我国公共政策体系中,民族政策是一个极其重要的组成部分。经过建党90年来的探索和实践,我国民族政策已经形成一个较为完备、独具特色的体系,但是,有关当代中国民族政策的系统分析尚未出现,这在一定程度上影响了民族政策决策和执行的科学化进程。为了进一步分析民族政策的中国特色,我们尝试对当代中国民族系统进行初步的阐释。
在我國公共政策體繫中,民族政策是一箇極其重要的組成部分。經過建黨90年來的探索和實踐,我國民族政策已經形成一箇較為完備、獨具特色的體繫,但是,有關噹代中國民族政策的繫統分析尚未齣現,這在一定程度上影響瞭民族政策決策和執行的科學化進程。為瞭進一步分析民族政策的中國特色,我們嘗試對噹代中國民族繫統進行初步的闡釋。
재아국공공정책체계중,민족정책시일개겁기중요적조성부분。경과건당90년래적탐색화실천,아국민족정책이경형성일개교위완비、독구특색적체계,단시,유관당대중국민족정책적계통분석상미출현,저재일정정도상영향료민족정책결책화집행적과학화진정。위료진일보분석민족정책적중국특색,아문상시대당대중국민족계통진행초보적천석。
In the system of public policy in China, the policy for Ethnic Minorities is a very important part. Since the founding of CPC, through exploration and practice of the CPC for 90 years, the policy for ethnic minorities has formed a relatively complete, unique system. However, systematic analysis on contem-porary national policy in China has not yet appeared, which affected the policy for ethnic minorities making and implementation of the scientific process to a certain extent. In order to further analyze Chinese charac-teristics about the policy for ethnic minorities in contemporary China, the author proposes that it is necessary to make preliminary exposition on the system of policy for ethnic minorities in contemporary china.
