随着我国城市化进程的不断推进,少数民族流动人口进入城市的规模越来越大,这一群体在融入城市社会的过程中面临着许多问题与障碍。流入地政府要通过不断完善服务和管理、加强教育和培训以及强化民族文化宣传等途径,着力解决城市少数民族流动人口面临的困境,促进我国各民族的交融以及和谐民族关系的建构。
隨著我國城市化進程的不斷推進,少數民族流動人口進入城市的規模越來越大,這一群體在融入城市社會的過程中麵臨著許多問題與障礙。流入地政府要通過不斷完善服務和管理、加彊教育和培訓以及彊化民族文化宣傳等途徑,著力解決城市少數民族流動人口麵臨的睏境,促進我國各民族的交融以及和諧民族關繫的建構。

There will be more and more floating minorities coming to cities with the pace of urbaniza- tion in China. The floating urban minorities have made important contributions to the prosperity and devel- opment of the city. Meanwhile, they are also faced with the difficulties and dilemmas of integrating into ur- ban society. In order to advance mutual fusion of minorities and build a harmonious ethnic relationship, the government needs to lay emphasis on the solutions to their difficulties by means of constantly perfecting pub- lie services and management, improving education and training, and strengthening publicity of ethnic cul- ture for floating minorities.
