拦网是整个防反系统的第一道防线,是反攻的有力武器和得分的重要手段。通过比赛现场三维录像拍摄等方法,对中国女排在2010—2011年参加国际重大比赛拦网运用情况进行分析,结果显示：中国女排同美国、巴西等欧美女排相比,拦网得分率较差,拦起拦回率较低。同日本、泰国等女排相比,拦网得分率较高,拦起拦回率较低。美国、巴西等女排拦网采用密集站位,集体拦网组成率较高,拦网效果较好;中国女排拦网采用分散站位,集体拦网组成率较低,拦网效果较差。中国女排拦网手型方面过多强调拦死对方,对拦起、拦回手法重视不够,拦起率较低。

Blocking is the first defensive line of the defensive system, it is a powerful counterattack weapon and important means to score. Through the competition scene 3D video method, the authors analyze block technologies adopted by the Chinese female volleyball teams in major international competitions from 2010 to 2011 year in the paper. The paper concludes that the success rate of Chinese female volleyball team block is poorer compared with the United States and Brazil teams, the scoring rate of Chinese women＇s volleyball team blocking is higher com- pared with Japan and Thailand female volleyball teams. The US, Brazil female volleyball teams use the crowded station position, collective blocking composition rate is higher, effects of blocking are better. The Chinese female volleyball team uses the dispersible station position, collective blocking composition rate is lower, the effect of blocking is worse. Chinese female volleyball team emphasis on stopped dead on the opponents in terms of hand type, while it has inadequate attention to blocking technique and the interception rate is lower.
