文章通过构建包含能源和环境约束的多部门内生增长模型,首先从理论上分析了能源导向型和劳动导向型这两类垂直技术进步如何影响一国的产业结构变迁和经济增长,然后在此基础上进行了数值模拟分析。研究发现：（1）经济能否持续增长与产业结构变迁密切相关,而产业间垂直技术进步差异和能源环境约束又直接影响产业结构变迁状况;（2）在一定的参数设置下,经济可实现持续增长,环境库兹涅茨曲线成立,经济变量变动率长期趋同。

By the construction of a multi-sector endogenous model with energy and environment constraints, this paper first theoretically analyzes the effects of energy-oriented and labor-oriented vertical technological pro- gress on industrial structural change and economic growth and then makes a numerical simulation analysis. It comes to the following conclusions： firstly, sustainable economic growth is closely correlated with industrial structural change, which is directly influenced by the differences in inter-industry ver- tical technological progress and energy and environment constraints; second- ly, under the setting of certain parameters, economic growth is sustainable, and the environmental Kuznets curve is established; the change rates of eco- nomic variables converge in the long term.
