基础教育课程改革的核心问题是课堂文化的再造问题。卓越课堂是适应农业社会、传统工业社会向知识社会转型,以实施素质教育为基本指向,以“以学为本、有学无类”为教学理念,推动教学从“知识体系”逐步走向“能力体系”的课堂。基于这种理念,深圳市南山区首创的卓越课堂教学模式由基本式和变式共同构成,以“六要素学本课堂”为主要特征。据此,卓越课堂被简称为“六学”课堂:个体自学、同伴助学、互动展学、教师导学、网络拓学、实践研学。建构卓越课堂教学模式的基本策略有“基本式+变式”、“行政推动+行动研究”、“分层推进”、“评价导向”。走向文化自觉,是卓越课堂文化的真正意义所在。

The core problem of basic educational curriculum reform is the re-constrnction of classroom culture. Excellent classroom is the classroom that adapts to the transformation from agricultural society and traditional industry society to knowledge society, with the basic orientation of implementing quality-oriented education, with the teaching concept of "learning orientation and learning without classification", pushing forward teaching from "knowledge system" to "capability system" gradually. Based on this concept, the excellent classroom teaching model initiated by Nanshan District of Shenzhen is made up of primary type and variation type, featuring six-element learning-based classroom. Therefore, the excellent classroom includes individual self-learning, companion learning aid, interaction learning development, instructor guidance on learning, network learning exploration, and learning from practice. The basic strategies of constructing the excellent classroom teaching model are "primary type + variation type", "administrative pushing+action research", "layering promotion", and "evaluating orientation". Heading for cultural self-consciousness is the true meaning of excellent classroom culture.
