我国经济的快速发展付出了沉重的生态代价，资源快速消耗、环境污染严重。基于市场经济的视角，主要原因在于市场经济不完善导致资源有效产出率低下，市场失灵使自然环境遭到过度开发和破坏，政府缺位和政策不完善导致生态治理和保护不足，经济全球化带来了生态负面效应。要实现经济发展与生态和谐的统一，需要完善市场经济机制，充分发挥政府职能、克服市场失灵，增强生态保护意识。
아국경제적쾌속발전부출료침중적생태대개，자원쾌속소모、배경오염엄중。기우시장경제적시각，주요원인재우시장경제불완선도치자원유효산출솔저하，시장실령사자연배경조도과도개발화파배，정부결위화정책불완선도치생태치리화보호불족，경제전구화대래료생태부면효응。요실현경제발전여생태화해적통일，수요완선시장경제궤제，충분발휘정부직능、극복시장실령，증강생태보호의식。
As the rapid development of economy, we come up with ecological destruction, resources over-consumption and serious contamination. Based on the perspective of market economy, the serious influences mainly derived from four aspects： I） The imperfect system of market economy lead to low value of effective output rate. 2） Market failures give rise to natural over-exploitation and destruction. 3） Absence of government and policy imperfections lead to the deficiency of ecological management and protection. 4） Economic globalization contributes to ecological negative effects. To achieve the unity of economic development and ecological harmony, we should optimize the system of market economy, make full use of the functions of government, overcome market failure and improve the consciousness of ecological protection.
