目前国内外学者对组织能力的研究沿着不同的方向进行,处于分散状态。文章以CAS理论为视角,提出关于企业组织能力系统构成、运行的概念模型及其涌现机理和演化机制的新研究范式,具有学术前瞻性。该研究范式尤其能够解释动态复杂环境中企业为适应商业模式的变革与创新以获取新的资源和优化资源结构而与其他主体进行资源交换、共享以及创造的复杂过程,从而为企业在动态复杂环境中培育和提高组织能力、有效整合内外资源,构建核心竞争力提供新的思路和模式。

At present, the researches on organizational capability home and abroad are carried out in a state of decentralization, going on from different perspectives. This paper proposes a new research paradigm which contains the conceptual model of composition, operation of enterprise organizational capability system, and its e- mergent and evolution mechanism from the perspective of Complex Adaptive System (CAS) Theory. The re- search paradigm will be able to explain the complex processes in which the enterprise exchanges, shares, and re - create resources with other enterprises in order to get access to new resources and optimizing resource configu- ration, so that they can be adaptive in the business model change and innovation in a dynamic and complex en- vironment. New ideas and models for the enterprises can thereby be proposed to integrate internal and external resources effectively, nurture and improve the organizational capability, and build the core competitiveness in the dynamic and complex environment.
