在分析继续教育现状和发展新机遇的基础上,运用客户关系管理理论分析高校继续教育的客户和不同层次学习者的学习特性、需求变化,提出云南高校继续教育应转变为双元型发展模式,即如何实现高校继续教育发展中探索和开发并存的模式,并从发展思路、运行机制、办学举措等几个方面来构建云南高校继续教育的双元型发展模式。
在分析繼續教育現狀和髮展新機遇的基礎上,運用客戶關繫管理理論分析高校繼續教育的客戶和不同層次學習者的學習特性、需求變化,提齣雲南高校繼續教育應轉變為雙元型髮展模式,即如何實現高校繼續教育髮展中探索和開髮併存的模式,併從髮展思路、運行機製、辦學舉措等幾箇方麵來構建雲南高校繼續教育的雙元型髮展模式。
재분석계속교육현상화발전신궤우적기출상,운용객호관계관리이론분석고교계속교육적객호화불동층차학습자적학습특성、수구변화,제출운남고교계속교육응전변위쌍원형발전모식,즉여하실현고교계속교육발전중탐색화개발병존적모식,병종발전사로、운행궤제、판학거조등궤개방면래구건운남고교계속교육적쌍원형발전모식。
Based on the analysis of current situation of university continuing education and novel opportuni- ties for its development, the paper employs the theory of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to analyze the characteristics of different levels of learners in university's continuing education, and proposes an ambidex- trous model of the development of university's continuing education, i. e. , a model which can help to achieve both exploration and exploitation in the development of university continuing education. Finally, the paper pro- poses the strategy of establishing ambidextrous model of the development of university's continuing education in Yunnan from development idea, mechanism and measure.
