基于国内外对经济性裁员的相关研究,针对经济性裁员的成本收益问题进行了分析。结果表明,在理性决策中,当预期经济回升时间少于均衡时间,企业留住员工比较明智;当预期经济回升时间多于均衡时间,企业选择解聘该员工比较明智。将人力资源工作中的偏理性的部分数据化,使这类问题变成结构性问题,进而提高企业的决策效率。提出了关于经济不景气时企业裁员与否的建议和决策思路。

Based on the related research on economic layoffs home and abroad, the paper analyses the cost and benefit of layoffs for economic reasons. The findings are as follows : in rational decision making, when the expected time of economy recovery is shorter than equalization time, it is wise for companies to keep the employee ; when the expected time of economic recovery is longer than equalization time, it is wise for compa hies to dismiss the employee. The paper explores the digitizing of the part of human resources work that is ra tion biased, thus turning such problems into structural problems and then puts forward suggestions and strate gies as to whether or not enterprises should lay off their employees in times of economic recession.
