蛹虫草具有抗疲劳、提高机体免疫力作用。使用9周递增负荷跑台训练建立大鼠运动免疫抑制模型,分为空白对照组(S)、运动对照组(E)、蛹虫草+运动组(E+C)和蛹虫草对照组(C)4组。运动1周、3周和9周后取血,测全血血红蛋白(Hb)指标,收集血清检测肌酸激酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)、睾酮(T)等,应用实时荧光定量PCR检测Thl、Th2细胞因子IFN-γmRNA、IL-4mRNA表达量,并通过ELISA检测IFN-γ-4蛋白表达情况。结果表明9周过度运动大鼠Hb和T显著降低,CK和BUN显著升高,表明过度运动大鼠疲劳程度较高,IFN-γ、IL-4两种细胞因子转录水平和蛋白水平变化情况表明9周运动大鼠出现了明显的运动免疫抑制现象。通过E+c组和c组实验证实蛹虫草能显著提高运动免疫抑制大鼠的Hb和T,降低CK和BUN,帮助疲劳消除,促进机能恢复,使Thl/Th2运动免疫失衡重新恢复平衡状态.具有良好的免疫调节作用。

용충초구유항피로、제고궤체면역력작용。사용9주체증부하포태훈련건립대서운동면역억제모형,분위공백대조조(S)、운동대조조(E)、용충초+운동조(E+C)화용충초대조조(C)4조。운동1주、3주화9주후취혈,측전혈혈홍단백(Hb)지표,수집혈청검측기산격매(CK)、뇨소담(BUN)、고동(T)등,응용실시형광정량PCR검측Thl、Th2세포인자IFN-γmRNA、IL-4mRNA표체량,병통과ELISA검측IFN-γ-4단백표체정황。결과표명9주과도운동대서Hb화T현저강저,CK화BUN현저승고,표명과도운동대서피로정도교고,IFN-γ、IL-4량충세포인자전록수평화단백수평변화정황표명9주운동대서출현료명현적운동면역억제현상。통과E+c조화c조실험증실용충초능현저제고운동면역억제대서적Hb화T,강저CK화BUN,방조피로소제,촉진궤능회복,사Thl/Th2운동면역실형중신회복평형상태.구유량호적면역조절작용。
Cordyceps Militaris has the function of anti - fatigue, it also can improve the body immuni- ty. In the study, all groups of rats, which included control group Cordyceps Militaris + exercise group( E + C ) and Cordyceps Militaris (S), group exercise group ( E ) , (C) were subjected to the 9 weeks Treadmill Training. To measure Hb concentration and analyze the change of CK, BUN and T,we collected the blood samples after the time period of one week, three weeks and 9 weeks, respectively. The mRNA expression of Thl - and Th2 -related cytokines (IFN -γ and IL- 4 ) in rats were assessed by real - time PCR. Meanwhile, the protein expression of cytokines ( IFN -γand IL - 4) in whole blood of rats was determined by ELISA kits. The results of hemoglobin and testosterone in rats, which were subjected to the nine weeks excessive exercise decreased significantly, but creatine kinase and urea nitrogen increased significantly showed that there was intensely fatigue in excessive exercise rats. From the changes of cvtokines IFN -γ and IL -4 on the gene and proteinlevel, we made a conclusion that the immune system in nine weeks exercise rats were obviously sup- pressed. The experimental results of Cordyceps Militaris + exercise and Cordyceps Militaris group confirmed Cordyceps Militaris can significantly improve the hemoglobin and testosterone, and reduce creatine kinase and urea nitrogen of excessive exercise rats. Cordyceps Militaris can eliminate fatigue and promote the recovery of function, and immune imbalance of Thl/Th2 also can be restored by CordvceDs Militaris. So Cordyceps Militaris has a good immunomodulatory effects.
