探究式教学常常会面临“扶”、“放”之度的关系问题,从支架理论的角度看,就是教师设计的教学支架是否合理的问题。根据探究式教学的开放度及教师教学支架设计的多少,探究式教学可以被分成机械探究、有指导的探究、自主探究三个层次,对学生探究能力的培养也由浅层走向深层——由对学生探究行为的培养走向对学生探究思维的培养。但探究式教学开放度并非越大越好,而是要依据学生的最近发展区、学生的探究需要来确定。

Inquiry teaching is often faced with relationship problems like the degree of "help" and "release". From the view of the support theory, it is the question that whether teacher's teaching design support is reasonable. According to the openness of inquiry teaching and the amount of teacher's teaching support design, inquiry teaching can be divided into three levels of mechanical inquiry, guided inquiry and independent inquiry. The cultivation of students' inquiry ability also develops from shallow to deep-- from the cultivation of students' behavior inquiry to that of their inquiry thinking. However, it is not better to make higher the degree of inquiry teaching openness, but make it sure according to the zone of proximal development and the students' inquiry need.
