“教师技能性知识”是教师知识体系的重要组成部分,具有身心体验性、情境依赖性、言意并存性、文化渗透性等特征。“教师技能性知识’’这一概念的提出,扩大了教师知识的内涵,丰富了教师知识的可运用性。根据“教师技能性知识”的特征,其获得主要通过体验过程的领悟、教育情境的“在场”、教育范例的呈现、在对话中共享等途径来实现。
