农村基层党建事关海南政治稳定与发展大局。调研表明，海南农村基层存在党员队伍结构不合理，后备力量不足等突出问题，必须努力发展农村经济，加大财政补贴力度，加强干部队伍建设，完善监督机制，健全激励保障机制，大力加强农村基层党建工作。
農村基層黨建事關海南政治穩定與髮展大跼。調研錶明，海南農村基層存在黨員隊伍結構不閤理，後備力量不足等突齣問題，必鬚努力髮展農村經濟，加大財政補貼力度，加彊榦部隊伍建設，完善鑑督機製，健全激勵保障機製，大力加彊農村基層黨建工作。
농촌기층당건사관해남정치은정여발전대국。조연표명，해남농촌기층존재당원대오결구불합리，후비역량불족등돌출문제，필수노력발전농촌경제，가대재정보첩력도，가강간부대오건설，완선감독궤제，건전격려보장궤제，대력가강농촌기층당건공작。
The rural grassroots Party construction is related to the political stability and development of Hainan Province. The investigation shows that a series of problems exist in the rural grassroots Party construction in Hainan Province, such as the unreasonable organization of the Party members, lack of reserve forces and so on. Therefore it is a must to develop the rural economy, increase the financial subsidies, strengthen the construction of the contingent of cadres, improve the supervision mechanism, and perfect the incentive and security mecha- nism so as to largely enhance the rural grassroots Party construction.
