以我国汽车整车制造业工业企业生产效益为研究对象,以1998～2010年我国汽车整车制造业工业企业效益主要指标数据为样本,基于DEA的C2R模型,运用DEAP软件,对其生产效益进行综合评价,客观地评价了这13年我国汽车整车制造业工业企业的整体生产效益,得到了我国汽车整车制造业工业生产的有效年份和非有效年份。对于非有效年份,计算出相应的投入松弛变量（S-）、产出松弛变量（S＋）,得到了绩效标杆和绩效差距,从而为改进生产效率提供决策依据。

In our work,take the production efficiency of automobile enterprises in China’s finished vehicle industry as studying objects,the main indicators’ data of automobile enterprise in China’s finished vehicle industry were studied as the samples.The comprehensive evaluation of its production efficiency was carried on by using DEAP software and C2R Model of DEA.The thirteen years’ whole production efficiency of finished vehicle enterprises in manufacturing industry were objectively evaluated,and the valid years and invalid years of manufacturing industry production of China’s finished vehicles have been obtained.For invalid years,the corresponding investment and output slack variables were computing,the performance levers and gap were obtained,thus,the basis of decision-making were provided for production efficiency improvement.
