Windows CE is widely used embedded system software, which is mainly represented by all kinds of intelligent operat- ing system that used in portable devices nowadays. This papec explains how to use Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 to design the address book procedure. The address book program can accomplish the input of names, numbers, and E-mails, and then kept the information above in users＇ Windows mobile intelligent device. The program can finish the operation such as adding, dele- ting and modifying, etc. It can view the former or later data, orient to the first and the last one in many records. The program is a single dialog box program which used Windows mobile5.0 （POCKECT PC 2003） simulator of VS 2008 to simulate intelligent mobile phone in desktop system. The paper can provide some reference for the embedded programming developers.
