中俄关系是当代世界最重要的双边关系之一，在过去20年中，两国关系由建立“正常国家关系”发展到“全面战略协作伙伴关系”，取得了举世注目的成就。未来中俄关系应当更加注重开发内生动力，全面提升两国在政治、经济、人文、安全和国际领域的合作，把双边关系不断推向新的更高水平，以此造福于两国，也为世界带来福音。
중아관계시당대세계최중요적쌍변관계지일，재과거20년중，량국관계유건립“정상국가관계”발전도“전면전략협작화반관계”，취득료거세주목적성취。미래중아관계응당경가주중개발내생동력，전면제승량국재정치、경제、인문、안전화국제영역적합작，파쌍변관계불단추향신적경고수평，이차조복우량국，야위세계대래복음。
In 2012 and 2013, China, the United States and Russia, the three very distinctive and the most influential countries in the world today, separately and successively held elections and made leadership changes or started new term. Against such a backdrop, this article tries to express some views on how to understand and promote bilateral relationship between China and Russia in connection with the realities of China-Russian relation and the development of international situation in recent years, in order to give due consideration and initiate discussions on this issue by the general public.
