在梳理学术界关于新型工农城乡关系研究成果的基础上,从新型工农城乡关系的内涵及目标、重大意义、形成思路与路径以及国外关于城乡关系的研究等四个方面介绍了关于新型工农城乡关系问题的研究概况,并作简要述评。主要观点包括：（1）城乡关系是一种利益分配关系和社会规范体系,新型工农城乡关系的核心内涵及目标要求是以工促农、以城带乡、工农互惠、城乡一体;（2）现阶段城乡关系仍然表现出农业基础薄弱、城乡收入差距大、工业化和城镇化与农民市民化脱节等问题,迫切需要通过推进城乡发展一体化加以解决;（3）破除城乡二元体制,构建新型工农城乡关系,是解决＂三农＂问题的必然要求和根本途径,是事关中国未来经济社会发展的带有根本性的经济体制改革;（4）农业龙头企业是促进城乡交流、互动、融合的重要载体,支持农业龙头企业发展是构建新型工农城乡关系的有效途径;（5）国外学者对城乡关系研究经历＂非均衡发展——均衡发展——城乡一体化＂三个阶段,其中关于城乡一体化的理论观点对我国建立新型工农城乡关系具有启发和参考意义;（6）建立健全与形成新型工农、城乡关系的目标要求相一致的政策制度和法律体系,是当前和今后一段时期学术研究的重点。

Based on a literature review,this paper examines the new relationship between industry and agriculture,and urban and rural areas from four aspects,namely,the significance of the new relationship,the intension and targets,the thinking and ways of the new relationship,and the research on the relationship outside of China.It first summarizes the main viewpoints with regard to the recent research in this regard in China which include：（1） the urban-rural relation is a kind of benefit allocation relationship and social standard system,with the core intension and targets lying in ＂industry supplementing agriculture,city spurring on village,the reciprocity between industry and agriculture,the integration of urban and rural areas＂;（2） At this stage,there still exists some weaknesses such as the unsubstantial basics of the agriculture and the bigger income gap between urban and rural areas.Therefore,it is essential to integrate urban and rural areas;（3） To solve ＂the rural issues＂,it is necessary to break down the binary system and develop a new relationship between industry and agriculture,and urban and rural areas;（4）Setting up leading enterprises and the industrialization of agriculture are effective ways to construct the new relationship of industry and agriculture,and urban and rural areas;（5） Studies by foreign scholars have experienced the three stages of unbalanced development,balanced development,and the integration of urban and rural development,of which the last is of great significance to develop the new relationship of industry and agriculture,and urban and rural areas;（6） To develop the policies and the laws consistent with the goals of the new relationship between industry and agriculture,and urban and rural areas is the focal point for current and future study.
