对2010-2011年分布在湖南、广东交界处南岭地区的无斑肥螈（Pachytriton labiatus）雌性个体生殖腺进行测量,观察了其生殖腺的大小、重量、以及发育程度的变化,并对不同发育时期的卵进行了切片观察.结果表明：5-8月份为生殖腺的快速生长期,产卵在8-9月进行.雌性体长113 mm以上时性腺开始膨大,150 mm以上时性腺成熟,卵可以分成3种类型,每次成熟卵粒38～60粒.参照不同发育阶段硬骨鱼卵母细胞的划分办法,该种动物卵母细胞发育的过程可以分为6个时相.

Samples of individual female gonads of Pachytriton Labiatus, which inhabited in Nanling region, the border area between Hunan province and Guangdong Province, during year 2010 to 2011, were observed to study its size, weight, growth change, and microscopical and histological observations of the eggs of different growth phases were also conducted. The results showed that the 5th to the 8th month could be categorized as the rapid growth period and the oviposition period was from the 8th to the 9th month; its gonad began to swell when it was 113 mm long and above. When it reached 150 mm long, its gonad became mature and its eggs could be divided into three kinds with 38 to 60 mature eggs each time; with the categorization method of the study of teleost oocyte of different growth phases, its occyte development could be divided into 6 phases.
