跨学科研究是当今大学进行知识整合和创新的重要方略，儿童学研究作为近年兴起的跨学科研究领域，其学术潜在影响力不可低估。但是，在以学科建制为主的大学中，儿童学研究如何突破组织上的困境和学科间的壁垒，是儿童学研究得以继续发展的两大困境。近些年来，我国高校在促进儿童学跨学科研究方面做了大量的探索，但集结不同大学研究优势和学科资源的儿童学研究联盟的组织建制还没有出现。儿童学的立足之本，就在于其跨学科性。不同高校之间应加强合作，通过建构有效的组织模式和管理体制，尽快建立高校儿童学研究的交流平台。

Nowadays, interdisciplinary research is an important strategy for novation of universities. As a rising interdisciplinary study in recent years, paedology＇ s academic potential in- fluence should not be underestimated. However, how to break the barriers of the disciplines and the plights of organizations are the two developmental predicaments for paedology, especially in universities formed by disci- plines.
