消费者价格权益是消费者权益的重要组成部分。当前,对农村消费者价格权益保护力度不够,消费者的法律知识缺乏、维权意识不足、维权成本较高,所有这些问题都在不同程度上导致消费者权益受损。应以农村消费者价格权益保护为切入点,不断提升农村消费者价格权益保护内涵,加大相关执法力度,拓宽纠纷解决途径,增强农村消费者自身的维权意识。

The interests of consumer price is an important part of the interests of consumers.At present efforts put on protecting rural consumer price interests are not enough,and there exist problmes like consumers＇ scarcity of knowledge of the law,consumers’ lack of awareness of rights,and high costs of maintenaning rights,which result in damage to the interests of consumers in varying degrees.The administration should use the rural consumer price interests protection as starting point,and continuously improve the connotations of rural consumer prices rights protection,increase law enforcement efforts to broaden the dispute resolution channels,and enhance awareness of the rights of the rural consumers.
