进入21世纪以来,江西工业经济效率处于非DEA有效的较低水平,但是呈现出不断上升的趋势,经济效率得到了改进和提升。在江西工业经济处于规模报酬递增的阶段,规模效率成为推动江西工业经济效率不断提高的关键因素。必须着力提高江西工业的技术和管理水平,调整产业结构,优化资源配置,转变经济增长方式,努力做大江西工业经济总量,提高工业化水平,实现江西工业经济持续健康发展。

Since the new century,the economic efficiency of Jiangxi industry is in a non DEA low level,but presents a rising trend,and the economic efficiency has been continually improving and upgrading.Key factors for promoting economic efficiency of Jiangxi industry lie in the continuous improvement of scale efficiency when the Province’s industrial economy is in the phase of increasing returns to scale.Therefore,the administration should improve the technological and managemental level of Jiangxi industry,adjust the industrial structure,optimize the allocation of resources,change the mode of growth,continue to increase Jiangxi economic agrregate,improve the level of industrialization,so as to realize rapid and continuous development of industrial economy in Jiangxi province.
