赣南素有＂稀土王国＂之美誉,离子型稀土开采总量占全国的70%。但赣南在稀土资源开发利用过程中,存在乱采滥挖、采富弃贫、开采技术含量低、采矿回收率低、资源浪费严重等问题,导致放射性元素、重金属和氟、氨氮和硫酸根及大量的尾矿、废石的形成,破坏了矿山地貌和景观,造成水土流失和滑坡,影响水体、土壤环境与人体健康,环境代价触目惊心。
贛南素有＂稀土王國＂之美譽,離子型稀土開採總量佔全國的70%。但贛南在稀土資源開髮利用過程中,存在亂採濫挖、採富棄貧、開採技術含量低、採礦迴收率低、資源浪費嚴重等問題,導緻放射性元素、重金屬和氟、氨氮和硫痠根及大量的尾礦、廢石的形成,破壞瞭礦山地貌和景觀,造成水土流失和滑坡,影響水體、土壤環境與人體健康,環境代價觸目驚心。
공남소유＂희토왕국＂지미예,리자형희토개채총량점전국적70%。단공남재희토자원개발이용과정중,존재란채람알、채부기빈、개채기술함량저、채광회수솔저、자원낭비엄중등문제,도치방사성원소、중금속화불、안담화류산근급대량적미광、폐석적형성,파배료광산지모화경관,조성수토류실화활파,영향수체、토양배경여인체건강,배경대개촉목량심。
As its production of the ionic rare earth makes up 70% of the total domestic production,the south of Jiangxi Province is honored as the Kingdom of Rare Earth.However,there exist certain phenomena during the process of exploiting and using the rare earths,such as disordered and unauthorized mining,adopting the rich and abandoning the poor,the low mining technical content,the low mining recovery and the severe waste of resources,which contribute a lot to the exposures of the radioactive elements,the heavy metal,the fluorine,ammonia nitrogen and the formation of tailings and barren rocks.These phenomena destroyed the landform and landscape of the mines and caused serious consequences like water loss and soil erosion and landslide.What’s more,they affected the water and soil environment,and then the human health.In a word,the environmental costs are shocking.
