文章研究了虚拟企业战略管理的两个基础理论问题：范式与主体。首先通过对传统战略管理理论的回顾及展望，提出虚拟企业战略管理的理论范式。进而通过与实体企业战略管理的比较，对虚拟企业战略管理主体进行研究。辨析虚拟企业战略、虚拟企业核心层战略及虚拟企业盟主战略等极易混淆的重要概念，提出虚拟企业战略管理的导向主体和执行主体的概念，分析其功能和特点并运用典型案例进行了理论分析和检验，为对虚拟企业战略管理问题进行更加深入广泛的研究打下理论基础。

This paper researched on the paradigm and subject, the two baste issues of virtual enterprises＇ strategic Managemerit. First of all, it put forward the the, retieal paradigm of the virtual enterprises through reviewing line development process and treads of classieal Strategic Management theory. Then, by comparison with the ennlily enterprise strategy management, this paper studied the suhject of virtual enterprises; differentiated and analyzed some important conceptions interrelated with the virtual enterprises strategy. Furthermore, it brought forth the conception of the virtual enterprises strategic guide subject and the virtual enterprises strategic implement subject, analyzed its functions and chracteristics and used a typical case to do theoretical analysis and examination, provided the basic theoretical principle of virtual enterprises Strategic Management for the further research.
