本文根据2012年第十六届世界管理论坛暨东方管理论坛的主题报告、论坛收录的论文及论坛讨论情况,对与会专家学者的主要观点进行了综述。这次论坛以“东方管理三千年、三十年和未来——中国管理模式创新研究”为主题,与会者围绕“中国管理模式的构建与发展、中国企业管理模式的转型与变革、中国管理模式的源泉、中国管理模式的兴起及中国管理模式的创新等专题展开深入的学术交流和研讨。本次论坛形成的重要学术观点包括:1.东方管理思想已在国家管理、企业管理、家庭管理及自我管理等层面得到广泛的运用,特别是为政府战略管理及企业经营管理提供了实践理论依据;2.研究东方国家企业管理活动的特点和规律及研究东西方管理思想和理论的异同和融合等问题是创立中国管理模式的重要理论依据;3.东方管理学的研究需要加强数据库建设,包括东方管理案例库和调查数据库的建设,为东方管理学的实践研究创造良好的基础。4.东方管理学研究面临如何衔接传统和现代的断裂、如何沟通理论和现实的罅隙以及来自研究方法的三大挑战;5.后全球化时代为构建东方管理学带来了良好的时代背景;综合以上观点,与会者认为未来中国管理模式创新研究应走中国道路并汲取东方管理智慧,以创立的东方管理“学、为、治、行、和”的五字体系为理论与实践基础;本届论坛展开卓有成效的学术研讨活动,对于基于中国企业管理实践的研究,挖掘、整理、总结中国传统管理思想,构建有中国特色管理模式,丰富和发展世界管理思想,指导管理学研究与经营管理实际工作,都具有重要的理论和实践意义。

Since 1997, "World Management Forum & Oriental Management Forum", annually Chinese Committee of International Federation of Scholarly Associations of Management ( IFSAM), agement Institute of Fudan University, Shanghai Manage Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai times consecutively in Fudan University, Shanghai co-organized by Economic Man- ment Education Academy, Oriental Management Center of Donghua International Talent Institute, has been held 16 Jiaotong University, Shanghai International Studies University, Peking University, French National Art and Humanity College, Huaqiao University and Shanghai University of En- gineering Science. By far there have been more than 8000 participants, publishing about 1700 academic papers to make up a collection of World Management Forum with 16 columns. Each forum has been well acknowledged by the academia both at home and abroad due to its profound and forward-looking theme, its high-profile speakers and fruitful accomplishment. This article, in accordance with the theme report, papers published by the forum and dis- cussions in the forum, tends to have a review of those major viewpoints presented by participating professionals. The theme of the forum was "3000 Years, 30 Years and the Future of Oriental Management A Study on Innova- tion of Chinese Management Model", which was divided into five sub-forums with themes of "Construction and De- velopment of Chinese Management Model", "Transformation and Reformation of Chinese Corporate Management Model", "Origin of Chinese Management Model", "Rise of Chinese Management Model" and "Innovation of Chi- nese Management Model" to be discussed by conference participants. Academic viewpoints accomplished in this fo- rum include: first, Oriental Management thoughts have already been widely applied in the fields of national man- agement, corporate management, household management and self management, especially providing theoretical ba- sis for government strategic management and business operation; second, studies of the differences and integration between the characteristics and laws of corporate management activities in eastern countries and western manage- ment thoughts and theories provide important foundation for constructing Chinese management model; third, con- struction of data set, including case collection of Oriental Management and public-opinion poll data set, in the stud- ies of Oriental Management should be strengthened, so as to create a solid foundation for the pragmatic studies of O- riental Management; fourth, studies of Oriental Management are confronted with three major challenges, such as how to bridge the gap between tradition and modernity, how to make connections between theory and practice, and the challenge of research methodology ; fifth, the time of post-globalization has provided a favorable time context for constructing Oriental Management. In all, it is believed by the participants that the studies on the innovation of fu- ture Chinese management model should follow China' s way and learn from the wisdom of Oriental Management, taking the originated five-character theoretical system-" Xue", "Wei", "Zhi", "Xing", "He"-as its foundation for both theory and practice. Discussions in the forum were effective, being of theoretical and practical significance to the study, excavation, organization and generalization of Chinese traditional management thoughts on the basis of Chinese corporate management practices, to the construction of a management model with Chinese characteristics, to the enrichment and development of world management thoughts, and to the theoretical study and practical opera- tion of management.
